MSW Gasification Plant at Biratnagar

The Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Gasification Plant is designed to process 10 tons of municipal waste daily over a 10-hour operational cycle, transforming waste into Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF) pellets and converting it into syngas for energy production.

Pasteurization plant for Mushroom substrate

The mushroom substrate pasteurization plant is designed to efficiently process up to 15,000 kg of raw substrate using a combination of heat recovery and recirculation systems. The components ensure precise control over the pasteurization process, maximizing efficiency while maintaining substrate quality.

Vertical Fire Tube Boiler – 50 kg/hr

The vertical 3-pass fire tube boiler produces 50 kg/hr of steam at 10 bar with high efficiency and safety. It includes a furnace, heat exchanger, fans, pump, and economizer, all controlled by a PLC. Fuel use varies by type—wood, pellets, or diesel—and an Excel tool is available to size and optimize systems for different needs.

AEBI Schmith (Runway cleaning truck CAD)

We contributed to the MB-P Runway Clearing Truck project by designing manufacturable parts, preparing detailed drawings, and managing revisions using PLM/PDM tools like Windchill. Our work improved production efficiency, ensured accurate assembly, and supported MB Companies’ standards, aiding the seamless integration of high-performance features in the truck.

5000L per day Dairy Plant

5000 L per day dairy plant is a mid-scale processing unit designed for producing pasteurized milk, yogurt, and other dairy products. It includes key equipment such as a milk reception unit, storage tanks, pasteurizer, homogenizer, separator, fermentation tanks (for yogurt), and a packaging unit. The process involves milk reception, filtration, pasteurization, homogenization, cooling, and packaging to ensure quality and shelf stability.

200 kg per hour chocolate plant

200 kg per hour chocolate plant is a compact production system designed for small to mid-sized manufacturers. It includes key machinery such as a melting tank, refiner/conche, mixer, tempering machine, molding line, cooling tunnel, and packaging unit. The process involves ingredient preparation, refining, conching, tempering, molding, cooling, and packaging.
